The Challenge
To roll out AO's new brand ethos on a new About Us page

The Approach
I was part of a cross-functional workshop with multiple areas of the business to establish a messaging hierarchy. I worked with Insights, PR, Logistics, UX Designers, Social and Branding teams to prioritise what we wanted to capture in the copy, and how. I then worked with Web Designers to display the copy in the right way for maximum engagement.

The Result
An animated, responsive and engaging About Us page which ladders up to AO's brand messaging hierarchy, purpose and mission
