The challenge
To create an inspirational and educational landing page that would help ao.com customers choose the right coffee machine for them.

The approach
I turned product USPs from manufacturers such as Nespresso, Sage and De'Longhi into story-led customer benefits. By linking each type of coffee machine with a relatable story and customer insights, customers are able to identify and easily shop the right coffee machine for them. This page also used strategically placed banners throughout the journey to interrupt customers' fact finding mission, helping them narrow down their search and then swiftly get back to shopping the right products.
