The Challenge
To refresh Barnabus' tone of voice guidelines and web copy, for the launch of their new website

The Approach
I worked with Barnabus to create a tone of voice document that represented the mission and persona of the charity. I then recruited a team of copywriters to work through the content for the new site, ensuring all content laddered up to the brand guidelines and mission statement. 

The Result
A new tone of voice guidelines document and refreshed copy on Barnabus' new website
