The Challenge
To work with Hotpoint and Jamie Oliver's content teams to launch a range of new kitchen appliances on ao.com

The Approach
I took customer insights for Hotpoint to pinpoint the type of language and feature benefits to use. As well as writing for AO's tone of voice, I had to research into Jamie Oliver's use of language and idiosyncrasies to strike a balance between the two.
